Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, for any reason. After this period, the item can no longer be returned. This policy is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also still be in its original packaging. To start the return process, please contact us first by email at info@modemeister-outlet.co. We will then send you detailed instructions, including the return address. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs to return the items to our overseas warehouse.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited within 7 days to the payment method you used for your order. If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact us and we'll look into where the issue lies.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item? Sure, just send us an email at info@modemeister-outlet.co, let us know which items you'd like to exchange, and we'll walk you through the exchange process. We do our best to make sure you're satisfied.

Need to cancel your order? No problem, just get in touch with us before your order ships. Contact our customer service and we'll help you out.

Wrong or Damaged Items

Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? Unfortunately, that can happen, and we're sorry for it. In that case, simply take photos of the issue and send them to us. We'll make sure you receive a new, correct item.
